Polk County Agri-Fest — Polk County Farm Bureau
Polk County Agri-Fest is an annual celebration of the farmers, ranchers, and agribusiness professionals who make Polk County one of Florida's premier agricultural regions. From hands-on exhibits and educational demonstrations to competitions, food, and live entertainment, Agri-Fest is a day for the whole community to come together and honor the agricultural heritage that defines our county.
Hosted by Polk County Farm Bureau, Agri-Fest connects consumers with the people who grow and raise their food — fostering a deeper appreciation for agriculture's role in our daily lives and our local economy.

Phosphate Station
Students learn about Polk County's rich phosphate mining history and its critical role in fertilizer production that feeds the world.
Citrus Station
Discover Florida's iconic citrus industry — from grove to glass — and learn how Polk County farmers grow the oranges, grapefruits, and tangerines that Florida is famous for.
Small Farms Station
Explore the variety of small-scale farming operations across Polk County, including hydroponics, specialty crops, egg production, and the importance of bees.
Beef Station
Meet the ranchers who raise cattle right here in Polk County and learn how beef goes from pasture to plate in Florida's thriving cattle industry.
Horticulture Station
Get hands-on with plants and pollination as students explore the world of horticulture.
Conservation Station
Learn how Polk County farmers and ranchers are stewards of the land — protecting water, soil, and natural resources for future generations. Students will also learn about the five pillars of conservation and how they play a role in protecting the land.
